28 YEARS OF THE ILLEGAL EAGLES!
Celebrating the music of the legendary US west coast country rock band Eagles, The Illegal Eagles have been bringing their trademark musical prowess, acute attention to detail and incredible showmanship to theatres and concert venues for over 28 years.
A lot of water has gone under the Seven Bridges since The Illegal Eagles was born in the balmy August of 1996!
At the time of writing this, our intrepid show has been on the road continuously for almost three decades – only pausing briefly (but reluctantly!) while the world came to terms with the pandemic. Even then the boys were busy producing two studio albums – Under the Influence Volumes 1 & 2 – and mounting several very successful ‘Live-stream’ concerts which were watched simultaneously by more than 75,000 people.
The popularity of the show has continued to grow throughout all that time and 2024 proved to be our most successful year to date!
Since returning to touring, we have released our latest DVD recorded live at the iconic Liverpool Philharmonic Hall, joined by the world-renowned Royal Liverpool Philharmonic Orchestra’s string section, plus of course, our very own Cream Horns!
Our ‘Live in Truro’ CD, recorded during our show at the city’s fabulous Hall For Cornwall, was also released this year.
We're very proud to say that Garreth, Greg, Tony, Trev and Mike have now clocked up a magnificent combined 49 years’ membership of the band! Their individual talents never cease to amaze, but as a team, they are untouchable – which is why our Facebook following has increased to almost 100,000 this year!
Once again, we’d like to thank you all for your continued support, for sticking by us through the pandemic and returning to see us in such great numbers!
Our 2025 tour is already booked, the new show’s preparations are already under way and, as always, we will give all we’ve got to give to ensure that every show you come to is even better than the last!
